Teknik Edisi has a long term commitment to environmental R&D led by our dynamic in-house engineers. 

• The objective of Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) works is to determine the safe and stable status of the site towards the adjacent areas and surrounding receptors.
• Environmental Monitoring Works for physical & chemical analyses of leachate, groundwater, gas and industrial effluent is essential to ensure the human and ecological well-being. 

• Advisory services on water catchments and protection zone and can assist in designing strategies to limit ground or surface water impacts arising from shipbuilding, landfilling, mining, industrial and agricultural activities. 
• Our panel experts offer technical advisory for groundwater modeling. This assessment is necessary prior conducting further groundwater remediation.

Waste Management either in a dump site, landfill or transfer station. We also conduct study in leachate characteristic to monitor the natural attenuation within the landfill boundary during and after the site restoration.

• All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) into the environmental condition of a property which will facilitate the prospective/existing owner of the property or facility to be fully aware of their potential environmental liabilities.  

• EIA is a study to identify, forecast, evaluate and communicate information about the impacts on the environment of a proposed project and to detail out the mitigation measures prior to project approval and implementation. 
• In Malaysia, an EIA is required under Section 34A, Environmental Quality Act, 1974.

• Teknik Edisi has the expertise to offer comprehensive Environmental Management Plan (EMP) inclusive of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the project implementation stage in view to minimise environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels.
